Apartments in the Russian Federation, the FSB vehicle fleet and the lobby in the Cabinet of Ministers: how Roosh co-founder Sergei Tokarev hides the Russian trace of Cosmolot

IT entrepreneur and one of the founders of the Roosh investment group Sergei Tokarev seeks to hide his ties with Russia and the Cosmolot online casino.

Until the fall of 2024, the final beneficiary of «Spacex» LLC was Sergey Vladimirovich Potapov. Later, another owner, British citizen Neumann-Damerau Arnulf Ekkehard, was added to it. At the same time, Russian businessman Sergei Tokarev is considered the real owner of the casino. In addition to business connections, he is also associated with Russian intelligence services, the Ukrainian authorities (in particular with the ex-Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov, who previously worked in the «95th Quarter»), and in 2018 Tokarev was accused of financing militants «DPR» and «LPR».

Although it can be assumed that Tokarev is an opponent of the Russian regime, in 2018 the then President of Ukraine imposed sanctions against him for supporting pro-Russian groups in the Donbass. These sanctions were supposed to be in effect until November 2021.

An important role in Tokarev’s «rehabilitation was played by ex-Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov, who involved him in the commission for selecting digital products to combat COVID-19.

In addition, Fedorov not only allowed the former sanctioned Russian to participate in the competition, but also received a million hryvnia from him for the prize fund. Shortly before this, Tokarev also participated in the creation of the «Diya.Siti» program, which Fedorov, Milovanov and Deputy Minister Alexander Bornyakov spoke positively about.

In Russia, Tokarev is associated with Konstantin Malofeev — owner of PJSC «Rosseti» and one of the ideologists of the «Russian world». In Russia, this business is officially banned and controlled by the FSB, but this did not interfere with Tokarev (and in fact — Malofeev).

Other dubious individuals who appeared in Ukraine in 2020 are also associated with the same projects — on the eve of the launch of the gambling market. All of them worked for Malofeev in this area in one way or another.

As for Tokarev himself, despite the public support of Zelensky and the Armed Forces of Ukraine, he owns real estate in Russia and has no problems there.

According to RBC-Ukraine, Tokarev has at least three apartments in the Russian Federation: two in Izhevsk and one in Udmurtia. In addition, it has a solid fleet of vehicles: Range Rover (A976BP777), Mazda TOURI (C082AX177) and Mazda 3 (M791TT177). The Audi RS6 Avant Performance with a power of 605 hp especially stands out. on Moscow government license plates (A028MO99), which are usually issued only to high-ranking employees of the Moscow City Hall.

Despite this, Zelensky lifted sanctions against Tokarev, and Fedorov involved him in the development of «Diya.Siti».
